An example, not a real person
A DISC report about someone who doesn't exist.
Before you sit one or buy one, you should be able to read one. So we made up a person, made up his answers, and left everything else exactly as it reads.
We have called him Arjun. He is not real, the job is not real, and nothing on this page was measured about anybody.
What you are looking at
You shouldn’t have to take our word for it.
Almost everything you can read about a DISC questionnaire was written by whoever is selling it. That is a poor way to work out whether to trust one.
So here is the thing itself. Arjun is invented. His answers were typed in by us, and his numbers were chosen by us too. What is real is the shape: what the report says, how it says it, and what it refuses to say.
He sat Kirnova DISC — 48 questions, answered twice over in two framings, which is what lets the report say something about the difference between them.
Arjun isn’t real. The shape of the report is.
Written to the person who answered
It answers questions, not a scorecard.
The report is built as a set of questions somebody actually has about themselves, each answered from their own result. Two of them are below. Every one names what its answer was built from, and a question this sitting could not support would simply not appear.

Am I working differently from how I naturally work?
You are adjusting on 2 of the four, and holding close to your natural setting on the rest.
People do this well, and it usually costs energy — it tends to show up as being more tired after days that were not objectively harder.
From the difference between your two sets of answers — the same you, in the same sitting, describing how you naturally work and how you are working now.
Where might I overdo a strength?
Checking work that was already right, and holding a decision open for detail that would not have changed it.
Taking the call yourself when the person closest to it would have made a better one.
Your strongest readings, read as what tends to follow when they are doing a lot of the work. This is a tendency, not a prediction.
What comes back
Four readings, each answered twice.
Once for how he naturally works, and once for how he is working now.
High is not better. Low is not worse. A patient operator and a restless closer should not look the same, and we do not pretend they should.
What this number means: it describes where your answers sat on the scale we asked them on — around the middle means you answered near the middle. It is not a percentile and it is not a comparison to other people. We do not rank you against a group, because we do not have a group we would trust to represent you.

Every number arrives with the range it most likely sits in. The range is part of the reading, not a footnote to it.
When there is less to go on, that range gets wider and you can see it get wider. It never quietly narrows to look tidier than the answers were.
The thing everyone asks about first
Yes, there is a profile name. No, it is not the headline.
The report does resolve a profile — a short name for the pattern across the four, with a description under it. It sits beneath the readings rather than above them, and it arrives with a warning attached.
If you took this again: your scores would move a little, and a label near a boundary could change. The ranges here are drawn to be right most of the time, not every time. Where two readings sit close together, treat them as tied.
We have deliberately not printed Arjun’s. A made-up profile name is the one line on a page like this that gets screenshotted on its own, and the caveat never travels with it. Sit one and you get yours, in its place, with its warning where we put it.
When the answers do not hold together
Sometimes the honest answer is don’t use this.
Arjun’s made-up sitting is a clean one. Plenty of real ones are not.
People rush. People answer on a train. People tick the same box down a page. When that happens the report says so, and the range on every reading gets wider on its face.
If it is bad enough, this is what is put across the top of the result.
This sitting is not decision-grade.
The response pattern indicates the answers may not reflect considered self-report. Scores are shown with very wide uncertainty and should not inform any decision. A free re-sit is available.
That is a delay for whoever is waiting and a second sitting for us. We would rather both than hand anybody a tidy number nobody should act on.
The line we do not cross

We do not measure a person against a group, because we do not have a group we would trust to represent them.Not whether the answers were considered.
Our checks catch careless and patterned answering. They cannot see a considered but inaccurate view of oneself.
And the limits it states about itself, in its own words:
- This is a self-report questionnaire about how you work: it measures how you describe your own behaviour, which is not always how it looks from outside.
- It describes working style, not ability, values or character. No score here is good or bad in itself — what helps depends entirely on the role and the situation.
- The quality checks catch careless or patterned answering. They cannot detect a considered but inaccurate self-view, coached answers, or a sitting completed by someone else.
- It cannot tell you whether someone will perform in a job, whether they are honest, or how they compare to anyone else. We hold no data that would support any of those.
One more thing worth knowing, because it surprises people. The scoring never sees a name, a photo, an age, a school or a CV. Only the answers.
