Decision intelligence
Collecting it stopped being the hard part years ago. Working out what it means, before you act on it, never did.
Kirnova analyses data until it says something you can act on. That’s the difference between data and intelligence, and it’s the whole of what we do.
We started with the hardest data anyone holds. People. TIGER is our human and workforce intelligence framework, and it’s the first one we’ve built.

What Kirnova does
You can measure almost anything now, and keeping it costs close to nothing. Reading it is the part nobody has time for. So the numbers pile up, and the decisions that matter still get made on a hunch on a Tuesday afternoon.
Intelligence is what’s left after somebody has done the analysis. A plain reading, in words you can act on and explain to someone else afterwards.
That’s what we build. We take data that’s hard to read, analyse it the same way for everyone, and hand back something you can decide with. We never take the decision. That stays with a person.
TIGER
Almost everything you believe about how you work, somebody told you in passing. A manager’s line in a review. A friend saying you’re “good with people”. One bad quarter you’ve carried for six years.
None of it agrees with the rest, none of it was written down, and none of it helps you on Monday morning. That’s data. It has just never been analysed.
TIGER is how we analyse it. The same questions for everyone, then five plain readings of how a person tends to work.
TIGER is the framework, not the thing you sit. What you sit is TIGER Light, free, for yourself. Or TIGER Core, which an organisation starts when it has a real decision to make about someone.
Your report
High is not better. Low is not worse. A brilliant analyst and a brilliant closer should not look the same, and we don’t pretend they should.
Trust.
Influence.
Grit.
Execution.
Resilience.
Each reading comes with the range it most likely sits in, what stands out, and what’s worth a closer look. If your answers don’t hold together, we widen the range and say so. We never hide your result. Every sitting stays yours, and you can reopen any of them later.

When the decision matters, go deeper
Today you answer them from a CV and a feeling you can’t explain to anyone afterwards.
No questionnaire will ever tell you everything about a person. It will tell you the same things about everyone you’re considering — in the same words, on the same scale — which is more than a CV, a referral or a gut feeling has ever given you.
That deeper read is TIGER Core: 48 questions, about 15 minutes and often less. Only the person making the decision can start one, and only about someone they have a real decision to make. Every invitation from an outside party is Core. It is paid, and it is meant to be.
The limits, plainly
It won’t tell you who you are. It’ll tell you how you tend to work, based on what you said about yourself. That’s smaller than a life story and far more useful than a feeling.
