What we’re for. Almost every decision about a person is a guess. Who to hire, who to promote, what to do next with your own working life. Everybody guesses, nobody writes it down, and everybody acts on it anyway. Kirnova exists to make that less of a guess. It doesn’t exist to take the decision off you.
What we won’t do. We won’t build a pass mark, and nothing in here could be switched on to make one, and we won’t reject anybody automatically — Kirnova does order people against a role, and a person still takes the decision. Where two readings overlap they show as level rather than as first and second, and where there isn’t enough evidence no order is drawn at all. We won’t pass on what somebody answered to anyone they haven’t agreed to. The same answers always give the same result, and nothing quietly changes its mind about a person. No model reads your answers, and none produces your reading. And we won’t tell you a reading is more certain than it is. Every one of those is something you can check on yourself this afternoon, free, without talking to us first.
