What it reads
Five things, and they’re the five that show up in the work.
High is not better. Low is not worse. A brilliant analyst and a brilliant closer should not look the same, and we don’t pretend they should.
Trust.
Whether people hear about a problem from this person early, or find out late.Influence.
How much of a room they move.Grit.
What pressure does to them, and what they do next.Execution.
Whether intentions turn into finished work.Resilience.
How fast they come back after a knock.
Each reading comes with the range it most likely sits in. If the answers don’t hold together, we widen that range and say so in the report. We never hide a result and we never void one. Every sitting is kept, and any of them can be opened again later.

For a decision somebody else has to make. Only the person making that decision starts one, and only about someone they have a real decision to make. A phone is fine. It asks for somewhere quiet where you can think clearly.
The same five readings, read much further, because a decision needs more than a description. This is the one a decision about a person may rest on, and it is the only one.
It is paid, and it is meant to be.

The limits, plainly
TIGER informs. Humans decide.
It never takes a decision.
An organisation reads it, weighs everything else it knows, applies judgement, follows employment law, and decides. TIGER is one of the things on the table.No pass mark, no ranking, no automatic rejection.
There is no setting that would create one.The scoring never sees a name, a photo, an age, a school or a CV.
Only the answers.What somebody is interested in is never a hiring signal.
Kirnova ORVIS and Kirnova Calling are for the person working out their own direction, and nobody is judged on what they’re drawn to.A result belongs to the person forever.
A hiring party’s access ends, and the result is then locked rather than deleted.
It won’t tell you who somebody is. It’ll tell you how they tend to work, based on what they said about themselves. That’s smaller than a life story and far more useful than a feeling.
