WHAT TO EXPECT

You won’t be sent a booking link or handed to a sequence of emails. Someone reads what you wrote and answers it.
If a TIGER Core sitting is what you need, we set it up with you by hand. Nobody outside Kirnova can start one today, which is why every one of these conversations begins with a message rather than a button.
On privacy requests and complaints we acknowledge within 5 business days and settle the matter within 30 days. A first reply usually reaches you inside 48 business hours — that is what normally happens, not a commitment. On everything else we reply as quickly as we can, and we’re not going to publish a target nobody has measured.

There’s no phone number and no chat window. One address is easier to answer properly than three, and it means nothing you send falls between two desks.
